Project Name : Vaayu: Inhouse development of a compact device, to convert Food Waste to Cooking Gas (Methane)

  • Project Lead: Vishwadeep Pressparts Pvt. Ltd.,Pune
  • Project  Budget:  INR 30.33  Lakhs :  Funding  Support  by GITA INR 15.16 Lakhs
  • Project Brief: The goal of the project was to develop a compact device to convert food waste into cooking gas by increasing the current digestion capacity and to replace the current storage method using drums with water by balloons which can be wall mounted and save on the floor spaceoccupied.
  • Element of Success: With matured culture and surface elements they increased digestion capacity from 10 to 30g/litre. They have also developed the balloon and balloon stand which will deliver gas at a constantpressure.

  • Project Lead: Horizon Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd.,Delhi
  • Project Budget: INR 21.13 Lakhs: Funding Support by GITA INR 10.57 Lakhs
  • Project Brief: Technology upgraded from Autocad-2D and NX-CAD- CAM to Software (Autocad-2&3D) leading to Design Tools and Dies, manufacturing of sheet metal parts, saving R/Material (Tools &Sheet).
  • Element of Success: Overall Design Performance has accelerated especially in the manufacturing of progressive tools in which there is 500% increase after installation of the newtechnology.
